Hey! I'm Jennifer Devlin, founder and Director of Ministry for Life. Welcome to the website. I am so excited that you dropped by for a visit. As a speaker, author, and Bible teacher, you can imagine that I just love to encourage women in the truth of God's Word. No matter the location, whether at church, Starbucks, or the soccer field, my heart is always searching for ways to impact the women around me with the love of Christ.
I haven't always been this passionate about God.
In fact, even though I was raised in church, I have gone through some pretty dry seasons of complacency...worried more about my short term desires than my eternal standing with God. Through some incredible events (details shared in my speaking testimony) the Lord turned me around, and lifted me out of the dark places I had been lurking. God picked me up, dusted me off, and loved me back to Himself. And so, the road of passionate, sold out living for Christ began.
And I've never looked back.
Ministry for Life is simply an avenue for encouraging others to live an intentional, authentic Christian life. Through speaking presentations, Bible studies, stories and devotions, mentoring, missions, and any other way God leads us to reach out to others, we share Jesus.
With everyone.
Even the false witnesses that bang on our front door at home...even when we're in our pajamas when we open that door. Even when our house isn't really clean, or we don't think we'll ever have the right words to say. We let God take the lead, the Holy Spirit equip, and the power of Jesus shine through the situation. And you know what? This adventure has been a blast!
